Malcolm and Jacob taking scuba lessons from my super cool friend Cecilia.
This was day one in the pool where the rule is all girls must wear swim caps and
swim shorts for girls are prohibited. I, of course, refused to abide by this stupid rule and told the pool guy I would take off my shorts when he made the boys take theirs off and swim in
speedos. He finally gave up and allowed us to swim with our shorts on. I don't even swim in shorts, but it was a matter of principle.
This is how Dalton entertained himself for three days while we were stuck at the Costa Rican border.
This is an actual sign in Paso Canoas which is the border town between Panama and Costa Rica.
For those who can't tell, the sign reads, and I quote, "peeing prohibited". If you have to tell people to stop peeing on the side of your business establishment you have a real cliental problem.
This is actually pretty cool. Dalton is sitting in Panama and Kalie is in Costa Rica. The median divides the two countries.
Kalie taking scuba lessons from my super cool friend. The boy in the photo is her brother Sebas. Notice Cecilia's offending swim shorts. This, however, is our friends pool so there was no biased dress code.
More scuba
Day at the beach with all the fun families in our ward.

Kalie playing on her "coed" soccer team. She is the only girl on the team. (there is another girl but she doesn't show up very often however she is really good when she does come) The guy in the white is one of her coaches. Jacob plays on the same team but this was before he got back from AZ.
I for sure need to get on my Scuba lessons so when I come down we can SCUBA
